Following the horrific attacks in Oslo, I offer you this video with short prayer and time of silence to help you with your prayers for the scenes in that city.

If during the time for your own prayers, you cant think of anything to say, simply say this simple prayer:

"O God, help those people in Oslo in their moment of need. Amen"
