In Ephesians, Paul discusses the position of Christians, comparing them with how they were originally born being separated from God and their new position in Christ now that they believe, and how it occurred. He talks about themes such as adoption, redemption, inheritance and citizenship. He then moves to the Christian, being equipped for service, to live a righteous life and the engagement in spiritual warfare.
